Located on Camino a San Mateo Nopala No. 96, Naucalpan, Estado de México, were developed the Arión Group offices. The project involved the comprehensive intervention of a preexisting double-height warehouse, a closed space to which was granted all the conditions to make a livable living space by generating a new lightweight floor, creating light and ventilation inputs, placing vegetation and furniture design.
The ground floor contains the parking lot, the main access, boardroom, personal cubicles and a large work area, the second floor contains a principal office, workspace area, restrooms area and a kitchen.This intervention shows the flexibility and adaptability of architecture in unfavorable conditions for the production of intelligible spaces.
