Located in a residential area of the city with narrow plots and single buildings of the twentieth century, the plot building's demolition is developed in a project with a top floor elevation.

The strength of the project is to be reached in the hierarchical dialogue between the exterior and the interior spaces: the extreme tightness perceived by the façade on the public street is dissolved and transformed by the glass façade on the interior outsides, revealing a deep intimacy between the garden and the double high space of the interiors.
