Refurbishment of an old office, settle on a building located in front of the promenade of Sant Antoni de Portmany, in Ibiza, changing into a Notary
The main space is articulated around an opaque central core of wood that contains the main office. Translucent and transparent coverings of glass hold the rest of uses of offices and rooms. A game of transparencies and reflections capture the view of the Bay and provides natural light to all rooms.
Another characteristic element are the covering-based panels and DMF slats lacquered in white, which begins with the verticality of the dividing walls - serving as the notary archive- linked with the horizontal louvres in the roof, hiding the facilities, integrating lighting and providing acoustic comfort.
