Project of a new town near Paris, whose layout takes its inspiration from the classic cities, with the carduus, the decumanus and the central forum. As a summary of history, it shows also its evolution till our days, even recuperating traditional forms of housing, in opposition to the dishumanizing trend of the banlieues. There is also a particular dialogue between the Church (a sail as if it were driven by a spiritual wind) and the Town Hall, which reminds us of the Noah's Ark, with a similar message suggested by our time's crisis.
