Apartment renovation
The aim of this project was to transform a 45 sq mt office into an apartment for a young lady. Although the space was very tiny, and natural lighting was limited to two north facing windows, the client required to have a living space separate from the bedroom.
Taking advantage of an existing difference in ceiling heights, the idea consisted of installing a prefab wooden box that will eventually host the bedroom in the lowest part of the apartment. By doing this, we created a small entrance space that will take guests directly to the main living room, which is characterized by a high-raised ceiling and natural lighting.
This space has been organised by installing a single furniture element, hosting the kitchen and all other electrical devices, in order optimize the floor plan space.
