The assignment was to reform a local to use as a playroom located in a ground floor at Casp street. The local consists of 2 floors, covering an area of approximately 600m2, so depending on the choice adopted it would increase the budget considerably. For this reason, we decide to work on specific areas to distributed the budget on the different areas of the local.

The idea of the project was to revive the characteristics elements from the past and recover all the elements that make it unique. There are specific cases like to open an existing skylight or to reopen an existing shattered window that allows to understand there was a project before.
