BLOW Beauty Salon
Blow is an exclusive hair styling salon in Copenhagen. Hollywood film sets and backstage dressing rooms of the 1950’s were our inspiration for this project.
At Blow you instantly feel the lightness of hair styling and pampering.
The attention revolves around two custom made free-standing lacquered mirrors where light bulbs pop out creating a perfect circle of focus on the customer.
The mirrors are an essential part of the space design, giving it the feeling of exclusivity whilst both being practical and helping enlarging the limited space.
The color theme for the salon is a warm 1950’s yellow, which is elevated with the play of mirrors and lights.
The result is a unique beauty salon in dynamic colors, strong materials such as marble and mirrors – with focus on the modest motion of air and hair.
