Roco Life House
Roco Life House opened in September 2015 provides Fuzhou, a land with strong local flavor with an open and pluralistic cultural venue. LKK team's undertaking of the project design is the result of long-term cooperation and trust with the employer. This time, the employer hoped to convey the living attitude of multiple choices and values to more people via the life house services. To create warm, texture experience by tolerant, peaceful and natural way is the consistent advocacy of LKK's practice of harmonious living. Although there is only one month for the design, the common ideas and in-depth communication eventually ensured the smooth open of the life museum.
The composite life house consisting of boutique retail area, multi-purpose activity function area, western restaurant and library zone, emphasizes the integration of diverse cultures. The design follows the characteristics of being tolerant to diversity, breaks the clear style boundaries, allowing every customer win the warm experience in its opening arms in a natural and frank way. The green plants and books scattered in every corner is the advocacy of a more delicate lifestyle and attitude of close to nature, focusing on the spiritual life. The use of design language including white, blue, olive and cylinder connect the whole space and make a unique exposition of "natural feelings, life art."
