In close proximity to the township's public square and school zone, the project looks to calibrate the heating plant's size and
industrial character. The 5 large buffer tanksare lowered into the ground, crowded together and wrapped with a white, vertical cladding to create a sinuous sculpture that emerges from a low concrete base.
