The villa, built in the 70s, is situated on a hillside and boasts a fantastic view of the Basler Jura. The once slightly oppressive space is transformed and opened up with purposeful alterations. Existing elements are reinterpreted using different materials and colours and are combined with a small number of new installations. The end result provides a generous living area that effortlessly links old and new features and gives the space a loft feel as desired by the owners.
