A house in a condo at Xangrilá Beach in south of Brazil. Near the condo lake the house was designed to a family with 2 young kids.
Functional, pratical and confortable it is what this home needed to be.
The area has the funds facing a lake and the project concept was to integrate the house with outdoor providing exterior views whenever possible.
The social area (living, dining and gourmet) can be integrated with balcony area. The balcony was developed with a pergola on the roof and wooden louvers. Already the porch dining environments are covered by the advance of the master suite that juts into the lake.
Returning to the indoors, next to gourmet we have the kitchen which is closed by wood panels can be fully integrated with the social area. In the hall of the ladder is designed with a combined bamboos. Even small gardens were created for different times and focusing on these environments with cross ventilation.
On the second floor it was created a terrace overlooking the lake and an outdoor fireplace for cooler days.
