Casa CP
The house is part of a residential building of the fifties in ‘Poggiofranco’ district in Bari.
The body of the building, too deep for current living standards, was an opportunity to reshape the inner parts of the house intended for service areas and room distribution. In the new functional core of the house there are the storeroom, the wall-wardrobe and circular geometry vestibule whose geometry denotes the entrance to the house. The door-panel perforated by horizontal slots rotates along the vestibule walls and opens or closes the gates to the living room, the dining room or the bedroom as a fluids valve. All the other areas attest to the central core and have their windows onto the perimeter of the building.
