LATHY SERIES
This furniture collection was especially developed for RF project. It was inspired on lath’s proportions and volume. This series caught hold of wood leftovers collected from joinery office.
ECLETICA PAPER CABINET
This multi-use paper cabinet gathers a variety of design styles, functions and uses.
It is composed by four independent pieces. It has two baroque style drawers in marble wood to be used as hanging files that above two flat steel undulated bars with an art deco flair.
The central piece is a cabinet with a downward hinging door that can be used as a working surface. Inside it holds several steel pigeonhole cabinets.
The last component rests above the central piece and was designed in a more romantic style having a glass door and a natural silk curtain that hides the stored contents in a delicate way.

SERPENTINA ARMCHAIR
Proposal for a visible wood armchair made of a variety of left over wood straps. They were connected in a similar way to a finger joint.
Its cushions were inspired by the Le Corbusier armchair’s system and proportions.
PIECES SCREEN
Proposal for a decorative or dividing three piece folding screen.
Using a variety of left over wood straps, this screen was made by vertically stacking these strips onto each other and connecting them by an internal pivoting vertical axis to assure the articulation between each piece. They were connected in a similar way to a finger joint.

URIMONDUBA FLOOR
The flooring for Urimonduba’s apartment was made from large self-assembled boards containing pieces of ipê, angelim, and mogno wood, etc, carefully laid in a fluid and uninterrupted checkerboard pattern, having no transition boards between rooms.
