SAIGON table
The “Saigon” table was born from the observation of the rigid geometry that shapes the hats used in Vietnam’s region.
This circular table has a 1,20 m diameter and 0,75m of height.
It was designed using a delicate woodwork solution that resulted in a seamless tabletop and a rather sculptural design.
The tabletop is made of a solid cone seamlessly laminated in natural Fresno wood appearing to be a solid piece of sculpted wood.
This cone is embedded and internally locked onto a chromed metallic tubular tripod which contrasts the solidity of the wooden piece and allows for a special airiness to its lines.
