THE ART OF LIVING & VOLVO CLOUD INSTALLATION
The Art of Living puts up, for Living Interior Magazine of Corriere della Sera-Rcs, directed by Francesca Taroni, the dialogue between the world of art and the world of design.
The space designed builds a captivating path paced through 10 different scenarios, subtly but sharply defined by light wire-frame structures. Strong signs that define the visual space, light-lines that give back a wide depth of field.
5 young artists, well-known at International level, experiment, inside these spaces, different techniques and interpretations of living.
Just like an urban pedestrian path, the way is marked by the presence of big continuous wooden benches, that space out the different scenarios. Chill out spaces where you can get multimedia information through small interactive touch-screen desks.
At the entrance a light and scenographic installation, also designed by Migliore+Servetto Architects for Volvo Car Italia space, defines a sort of digital cloud: an impalpabile and changing mix of suspended pages, animated by projections of light, nature and art. Below you find welcome and in-depth study spaces, around the exhibited sculture prototype of the interiors of Volvo Concept XC Coupé.
“We’ve designed a promenade among unreleased artistic works able to offer an overall but also detailed landscape, on the multifaceted Italian design”.
