This project is about a renovation of a typical fifties house, situated in Limburg,Belgium.
The existing House was completely worn out and needed to be upgraded to meet the modern standards for a young couple who were about to have children.
The building needed to be sanitised so all the unnecessary annexes were destroyed and replaced by a sunny extension in the garden.
A wall was added to the building in order to get more privacy for the south-faced garden.
The house is situated in a rather green enviroment so big windows were added on the first floor in the bedroom to have nice views on the surrounding landscape.
On the North Side are the bathroom and the storage room in a rather closed facade with small windows.
The facade and the roof are a mixture of slates and natural stone.
