The client required an innovative low cost solution for a compact family home located on urban site in south London, with challenging site constraints.

The design provides single storey accommodation the rear. This allows maximum natural light and ventilation, whilst level of storage, service and bathroom requirements at low level, with additional sleep or work functions above.
