The former field of soccerclub Limburgia in Brunssum has been transformed into an urban plan with a differentation of housing typologies. The houses within our part of the plan exist of semi detached houses and expandable houses. The complete area was designed by three architecture firms who worked closely together to generate a an urban plan with a strong cohesion. The same local materials are used by the different architects. Also the colour scheme and details are matched to eachother.
