The building is located in suburb of Vilnius. It was designed by a family of three people. The house blends in with the surrounding landscape through its shape and materials. The shape of house modernly recalls the shape of a traditional Lithuanian house.
Being a passive building, the L-shaped house is made of clay tile and wood planks in its exterior.
The interiors area are arranged according to three different functions into levels. The garage and technical space is situated on the third level of house. The entrance is situated on the second level of house and the living area is situated on the first level. The all rooms are faced to the west and have their own exits to the backyard.
