The remodeling of this house from the late 40’s in the Condesa district was achieved by architectonically cleaning the building and recuperating the Art Deco spirit. All floors were connected by a great interior space in the center which allows visual contact throughout the whole house. The space of the ground floor opens up into the two gardens: the contemplative front garden with its exotic plants; and the rear garden with its exuberant vegetation and a large Jacaranda tree.
The remodelling of this 1940s house in the Condesa district consisted of cleaning up the facade and recovering the original Art Déco spirit. The house has a large central space that connects the three levels. Direct contact and intercommunication between spaces is crucial to its everyday experience. The garden offers a lush and exotic environment with jacarandas and rusty mirrors that allow for the continuation of the space.
