A small 24 sq.m. apartment in a brick house in Užupis, Vilnius is being re-designed. Old partitions are replaced by new ones — the formed tenants will be replaced by new ones. They will enjoy a solid high space, which will accommodate a lounge, kitchen, living room and a bedroom on the entresol, under which a bathroom and a paltry are “hidden”. External walls with huge windows are surrounded by a one-piece tabletop. White walls, white wood-shaving box, oak flooring will not interfere to enjoy the majesty of a small space, and patchwork tiles and ceiling moulding survived the fire will remind you of where you live.
