Obecni Dvur
The intriguing history of Obecni Dvur in Old Prague dates back to the second half of the 15th century. Surviving the urban reconstruction of the city during the 19th and 20th centuries, ObecniDvur is now a vivid testimony of the architectural development of Prague centre over several centuries, combining styles from Renaissance through Baroque to Neoclassicism. Over the years, it has served a number of functions, such as housing the King’s fire brigade station.
Today, the courtyard complex remains an oasis of privacy in the historical centre of the city making it ideally suited to family oriented residences. As it has in the past, ObecniDvur will once again undergo a transformation including the addition of a new building, recreating the space to provide all the comforts and necessities of high-standard, state of the art living. The luxurious and comfortable Old Town Court residence will arise in the very heart of metropolitan Prague.
The project features 12 individual residences each with its own character and charm; onsite underground parking for residents only; completely private courtyard surrounded with greenery, full service reception; and top of the line security system for the whole complex.
