Rebollar 93 is a project that explores the relationship between two different structures, and the solution based on its program and needs.
The intervention consists on creating a residential space in the building's roof top. The main challenge on the design process was to merge a 50 year old concrete structure with a new volume which contains the new program requirements.
The program adapts to the existing ground floor plan to accommodate each part of it in an accurate position, providing privacy when needed and sharing the urban context view as part of the landscape.
