Creating a unified city hall by making a single atrium jointly between the existing city hall and the new extension.
Creating an architecture which builds on and add to the rich architectonical traditions of brickwork and gable buildings in the town and region .
Creating a city hall which is closely linked to the unique Wadden Sea landscape.
Creating a modern workspace with multiple ways of working and working relations.
