In Malmö's new city district Fullriggaren, FOJAB has designed a car park with shop premises on the ground floor. The parking structure has a distinct environmental profile that includes south-facing solar cells, electric car parking and a carpool where residents in the area get free membership in the first years. The facades consist of tensioned wire meshes, perforated panels and a concrete wall with vines and bird feeders – contributing to the vegetation and biodiversity of the area.
