The context, from a landscape point-of-view, is outstanding: to the north of the building there is a wooded meadow which leads to a gravel beach and the Lake of Caldonazzo itself. Furthermore, as the building lies on the south shore of the lake, a wide and striking panorama of the body of water and it conformation can be appreciated. The project is concerned with the complete restoration of the part of the building dedicated to reception and accommodation, in other words the entire ground floor and the immediate external area. For example, the external corner of the building which hugs the curve between Via Punta Pescatori and Viale Venezia was renovated with a raised monolithic stone platform and a curved bench resting on a low wall of porphyry. A lamp of glass and stainless steel enriches the entrance hall and welcomes clients.
