GENERAL ARCHITECTURE
We proposed a single volume wrapped in a large scale, semi circular vault facade, and pierced by an atrium. The entrance level holds the municipality hall and conference rooms in free standing volumes Levels 2 to 4 houses offices in an open, flexible layout. The volumes of the entrance level are mirrored in the top floor where you find a canteen, a gym and a conference room.
