The project is for the reorganization of the main bedroom of a small apartment located in Florence.
The room has a tall and narrow section. The plan is 320×380 cm and the height 440 cm.
To use as well as possible the available space a suspended night zone has been created on a mezzanine, protected just by a rope stretched across two walls. This new level is provided by a wardrobe/staircase made in medium density fibreboard.
Another hanging rope can be used as a gym tool… or as an escape way from the night zone!
