A former ink factory is converted into residential courtyards with high ceiling loft and atelier.
The mixed functions are joint by the greenery and the steel structural column frames. The large terraces are conceived as outdoor extention of the internal open spaces.
Climbing greenery and new palms increase the beauty of the environment. Large windows and the white walls mark the identity of the ‘light courtyard’ of the building.
