The entire area has been undergoing substantial restructuring. The objective of the specific project was to expand the capacity of the metro station –and improve the functionality– while still preserving the old station building and the current platform. The geometrical organisation of the new station area composes the elements of the site, creating a sense of functional calm and clarified order.
