The brief given by the client was the internal and external renovation of the house. Giving it a new face.
Given the limited budget, our proposal was to give a "face lift" to the house, some kind of “architectural lifting”. The solution was to raise a wall in front of the existing façade. A wall that was born curved and ends straight. a wall that covers all "imperfections" to a house that is more than 45 years old. It's the “face lift”, but in this case, a permanent one.
Inside, with the demolition of the existing kitchen, the yard acquires more space for gardens, while with the demolition of the main bedroom, an open space was created, the new living room, with about 90 m2. A living room with two open faces, one toward the front with the view of the terrace and the pool, and the other with the view of the interior courtyard.
