JOSÉ HEVIA

MONT-RAS WINERY

JORGE VIDAL & VÍCTOR RAHOLA

From the Publisher

Spanish photographer José Hevia leads us to the hills in northern Catalonia, where architects Jorge Vidal and Víctor Rahola designed a small brick winery. The underground building has been designed to arrange the various stages of wine production: the four vaulted rooms host work tools, vats, bottles and a tasting room.

"The construction of a winery and the wine process creation are extremely attached to the experience with the land. The wine is smell, color, flavor, and shape". Jorge Vidal and Víctor Rahola
